- In a pan on stove top roast pine nuts on low heat until golden brown for about 5 minutes.
- Remove set aside and roast 4 cloves peeled garlic until golden brown.
- In a food processor add spinach, basil, garlic, pine nuts, fresh pepper, salt, lemon, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
- Blend until desired consistency is reached.
Used in pasta, salads, sea foods or a snack on crackers with Freshly’s cherry tomato’s and some more cheese.
