Simple Roasted Edamame

INGREDIENTS

Use the best quality edamame beans from our Freshly Veg Box for this yummy recipe!

  • 100g edamame
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD

  • Toss all ingredients together and roast at 180’C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Snack on, add to flatbread, salads, or use as a side dish for your meat.
