Simple Roasted Edamame

INGREDIENTS
Use the best quality edamame beans from our Freshly Veg Box for this yummy recipe!
100g edamame
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp black pepper
METHOD
Toss all ingredients together and roast at 180’C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Snack on, add to flatbread, salads, or use as a side dish for your meat.
