Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml natural Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Freshly cucumber, grated and kept aside in strainer to let water run. Squeeze excess water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Freshly dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil

METHOD

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
  • Drizzle with olive oil

 

Serve with raw vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower or broccoli as a dip. Excellent in your gyros or wraps or even with lamb chops!
