- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Add salt and mix. Add milk gradually. Whilst whisking add flour. Adjust milk/flour ratio until desired consistency achieved.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and tilt pan with a circular motion so that batter coats surface evenly. Cook for 2 minutes and flip using a spatula. Once both sides are lightly browned remove from heat and serve immediately.
Top with your favourite Freshly berries! Repeat as needed.
