Chia Berry Pudding


  • Chia seeds
  • Liquid: Milk (We prefer Almond or Coconut milk)
  • Flavored yoghurt (Fruity or vanilla work best)
  • Berry jam (optional)
  • Toppings: Frozen berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, oat seeds, or granola


  • Mix the Chia seeds with your preferred liquid and yoghurt in a 1:5:1 ratio (e.g. 1 cup of chia seeds for every 5 cups of liquid and 1 cup of yoghurt). Mix well and allow to set overnight.
  • Spoon your set chia pudding into bowls and layer with berry jam or granola. Before serving, top with your favorite toppings!
