Chia Berry Pudding

Liquid: Milk (We prefer Almond or Coconut milk)
Flavored yoghurt (Fruity or vanilla work best)
Berry jam (optional)
Toppings: Frozen berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, oat seeds, or granola
Mix the Chia seeds with your preferred liquid and yoghurt in a 1:5:1 ratio (e.g. 1 cup of chia seeds for every 5 cups of liquid and 1 cup of yoghurt). Mix well and allow to set overnight.
Spoon your set chia pudding into bowls and layer with berry jam or granola. Before serving, top with your favorite toppings!
